Honey Play Box does not accept product returns from your customers for any reason. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all undeliverable or refused packages. You will be notified via email if any packages are returned by the shipping carrier.

 

We will replace products only in cases of shipping errors caused by our warehouse. If a defective product is reported in your customer’s order, please contact us immediately with the details. The items must be returned in their original packaging to the address provided by our team via email.

 

Defective Products


All Honey Play Box products undergo rigorous inspection at our manufacturing facility to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. If your customer reports any defects or issues, please contact us promptly to resolve the matter.
